The Graduate School Education (GSE) at Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) is set to launch its Field Based Experiential Learning (FBEL) Subject for Master of Arts in Education (MAED) students. In a recent courtesy call and coordination meeting on March 26, 2024, CMC officials, led by Dr. Mark Gennesis dela Cerna, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Internationalization Director, and Dr. Gemma Kintanar, Dean of Graduate School Education, met with Malaysian Consul General His Excellency Deddy Faisal Bin Ahmad Salleh and other consulate officials in Davao City.
Accompanied by MAED students Ms. Aurren Capatan, Mr. Kenny Lloyd Angon, and Mr. Jason Faan, the delegation discussed the objectives, target activities, and expected outputs of the Institutional FBEL Program. This pioneering batch aims to collaborate with universities, ASEAN agencies, and non-governmental organizations in Malaysia.
The meeting resulted in valuable recommendations from the Malaysian Consulate to enhance the delegation's trip, including potential partnerships with academic and government sectors. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting collaboration!
