PANAGDUYOG TRES 2025: Strength in Unity, Innovation in Action, Excellence in Criminology
May 17, 2025 | Central Mindanao Colleges
The Junior Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (JPCAP) at Central Mindanao Colleges successfully staged PANAGDUYOG TRES 2025, an academic and cultural celebration anchored on the theme “Strength in Unity, Innovation in Action, Excellence in Criminology.” The event brought together future criminologists for a day of immersive learning, competition, and collaboration, strengthening their commitment to justice and service.
The highlight of the celebration was the “Clash of the Mythical Guardians,” featuring four symbolic factions: Apolaki Sentinels, Habagat Crusaders, Tala Luminaires, and Bakunawa Wardens each representing values central to criminology: justice, vigilance, wisdom, and swift action. Participants engaged in academic debates, quiz bowls, fancy drills, and the Assembly and Disassembly of Cal. 45, showcasing discipline and tactical skill.
Other key segments included the Oath-Taking Ceremony of new JPCAP members officiated by PSSg Gretchen Mae Alamo Membredo, and the much-anticipated Mr. and Ms. JPCAP Baliktaran 2025, a role-reversal pageant championing advocacy, intellect, and empowerment. The event concluded with exhibition performances, awarding ceremonies, and a foam disco party, further bonding the criminology community.
Aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 16 (Peace and Justice), and SDG 17 (Partnerships), PANAGDUYOG TRES 2025 reaffirmed CMC’s commitment to student development through innovation, leadership, and value-based education.
Led by JPCAP President Virgilio E. Gerodias Jr., the event successfully inspired, equipped, and unified aspiring law enforcers for a life of service.
